Many terraces and a very compact house for this size 30 x 20.

In general, I enjoy working more on the outside of a house than decorating inside. I love designing your ideal home!

And when everything works front and back, up and down, you know that inside will never be a problem.

Indeed, I love contrasting black and white on the exterior of this house. Also, the combination looks great and stands out outside the Sims world. It is always very green, especially in build mode.

Inspiring exercise.

Indeed, I couldn’t help using the T.O.O.L. tool here to make this unusual beam-roof, and the outside decoration to one of the balconies gives the house a modern look.

Let me start downstairs. So, you have this thing of Sims from the world coming to your house. Although this home looks very open, the only access is through the front door.

Firstly, a very spacious living room with access to two different terraces. Inside, a beautiful chatting area in the center, get to know your ‘neighbors-social’ space and a making drinks skill table. You also have a ‘hot shot foosball table’ to raise plenty of fun for your Sims. This last item comes with a ‘Get together’ pack. It’s fantastic for your Sim’s fun. I always like this item.

Secondly, you have a spacious separate kitchen together with a utility room. Of course, modern brick walls and access to two different decks and porches.

Here downstairs, you have a Swimming pool at the back, sunbathing to relax, and a colossal piano covered from the rain.

Similarly, the upstairs is fantastic too. However, I don’t want to make this description too long.

Get closer to the layout

Still, the layout works very nicely; again upstairs, you have several terraces and balconies. Overall, it’s ample space for a family. You can download it, and you will see.

For this country house, Midnight Serenade, I used ‘Snow Escape,’ ‘Eco Lifestyle,’ ‘Get Together,’ ‘Dream Home Decorator,’ Packs, and ‘Holiday Celebration.’

– Furthermore, to increase your Sim’s Skills, you have items like chest, gardening, and Dance floor. This latest is from ‘Get Together.’ A blind Trust Dartboard, too, which I love.

– Living room with gorgeous furniture from ‘Dream Home.’

– The kitchen’s separate this time from the living room. Very modern and stylish with festive wall lights.

– Two computer desks.

Not only these items but also you have things from the base game that are functional and versatile.
